Used/Stock offers bad experience

The 'like new' toner I received was 30% empty, blue toner was bleeding through and making a loud clank. I'm not sure if the product is bad or if someone just returned a defective item to resell to me. There is no way I will be buying this toner brand or warehouse specialty toner.
