I love the print of this shirt and it fits as expected. It has zero stretch and some of the stitching around the collar is not finished well. The outer and inner lining fabrics are synthetic and not very breathable which on the positive side makes it a good choice for a cooler office or fall weather temps, but I overheat in it if I tuck it in at the waist. The puffy sleeves are shear and flattering with elastic cuffs, but they can feel too tight if pushed up for a shorter sleeve effect.
