This is a very easy to use device that gets the job done. I was able to reset the engine light on my Cayenne and also reset "Service now" after changing the engine oil. As far as I know, this is not possible without such a scanner. There is no method on the instrument cluster that would allow you to do this. This device does the job for you and is a much improved scanner. It's like a mini Android tablet as you can use it to access the internet as well. Bluetooth allows you to wirelessly connect your OBDII deployment and you no longer have to worry about tangled wires or running out of wire. To get started, you must be signed in with a valid email account. If you don't already have one, simply create an account. The oil reset indicator takes about a minute before it resets the notification. I would recommend this to any DIY enthusiast and there are many great features and functions for the user.
