These small, light and slim radios have a simple, robust shape and configuration. Very easy to use but with all the features you need to keep our church safe. Almost damn perfect. The belt clips aren't very strong and we managed to break one, but the radio is so unobtrusive (slightly taller than a regular deck of cards) that our guy just kept it in his pocket instead of on his belt. also good. When I contacted Retevis about purchasing a replacement belt clip they couldn't find it so they sent me a 30% refund for the entire 10 radios I bought. Totally unnecessary but what a gesture of dedication to customer satisfaction! They also responded very quickly (like a day) to my technical questions about radio programming. Now for the function. These radios have great power and extremely clear sound. They are very easy to use (we use acoustic headphones and lavalier mics) and have an easy-to-use channel lock feature, which is very important when working in the security industry. In short, we couldn't be happier!
