I bought these socks because they are 80.6% cotton. My son has eczema on his ankles so his doctor recommended 100% cotton socks to avoid skin irritation. It is very difficult to find 100% cotton socks, especially for toddlers. These were some of the highest percentages I could find at a reasonable price. Excellent quality socks. They feel soft, do not irritate the skin at all and hold up very well even after numerous washes. I am very happy with this purchase.
