Cheap but useless for testing, measuring and inspection

Unsuitable for use without the overpressure plug which needs to be on the back. I'm giving it 3 stars because it only cost me $23.66 with taxes included and it looks almost brand new. Only two bronze adapters for 1/8 hose are included in the kit and nothing else. I know I bought a particularly cheap deal but I can't figure out why this simple plastic plug wasn't included as it renders it useless.
