We bought these for our four grandchildren for Christmas. The packaging was great and received in perfect shape. We unpacked them because we wanted to charge the batteries before packing. To our dismay, three of them charged very quickly, but the fourth didn't charge until the next day. I was concerned that something was wrong with this particular battery so I contacted customer service and explained the situation. They replied to me the very next day. They sent me a new battery the same day to make sure everything was fine for Christmas when the kids opened their presents. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Your customer service is outstanding! My wife and I also tested them to see how easy they are to use and how crisp they will be. You are so clear. Our grandchildren are 9, 8, 5 and 3 years old. You will be enthusiastic! Can't wait for them to open for Christmas. This is a definite buy if you were wondering if it was worth it or not. Highly recommended!
