This gadget is the perfect tool to ensure meat is cooked to perfection .The backlight is a great feature when cooking at night and THE calibration is spot on every time. As my tests showed its accurate and easy to use. My only complaint is the size, it's a bit bulky and takes up space in my utensil drawer. Overall, this is a great addition to any grill master's toolkit..
