Nuts on bolts wear out

location of my cables. and I couldn't unscrew them. I removed the bolts and nuts by cutting them in half with them a dremel.. I removed both terminal blocks, took them apart, replaced all 8 stainless steel screws with 3/8" x 1 1/2" zinc bolts and grade 5 nuts. Otherwise the terminal blocks are fine. Stainless steel threads are never-seized treated as thread abrasion is more common with stainless steel fasteners than with conventional screws.
