2 Stars - It produces fine mist and holds 2 gallons of water as advertised. However, in my opinion, this device has many shortcomings. #1 - It does NOT produce a warm mist. It has two fog options. Colder and colder. Not warm and not cold. If you want a warm mist then forget it. I don't understand how it can even be advertised as a "warm mist". #2 - As it only has 1 tank it is quite heavy and not easy to fill and replace. The handle is bulky. But the most annoying thing is that if you turn it upside down to fill it, it's not on a flat, stable surface. It tips over very easily because the top of the tank is curved. I thought about sending it back, but then decided to get a different one. It's stylish and it works. It just doesn't work the way I had hoped. A little disappointment. Update: I've added a star because you can't find a genuine "warm air" humidifier anywhere on Revain or anywhere else. Steam engines must have stopped because someone stuck their face in them and hurt themselves. It's hard to find a 2 gallon unit or more, and in the winter it takes 2 gallons to run 24 hours. A little less and you'll be refilling the thing all the time, in the middle of the night etc. Difficult to find many devices with UV sanitization capability. I just can't find what I want anywhere. In this case, I decided that this device deserves a better rating.
