Was wondering if I would wear a heavier bandage so decided on one of these to see if I could stand it at all , and thought if I like it , I can wear it under my clothes. It works really well although I'm sure it's not as supportive as the heavier version, it's great for training and also very comfortable so can be worn for long periods of time. Helps with back pain and helps a little with posture. I ordered one size according to the chart and it fits well but if I order another I will go down a size just for the extra pressure on the shoulders and the drop, although it probably won't be as comfortable wearing her like that to wear for a long time. I could have ordered a different as well as a heavier and more adjustable version of the back brace. I'm glad I got it. It has already helped, well done and good value for money. My only complaint is that the shoulders aren't adjustable and they could be a little narrower for me, but overall it's a good buy. I think especially if you've never worn a brace like this before, this is a great way to try them out and get used to the repeated muscle training.
