Red light. that does not work. "Contact us " but no contact information is provided.

Purchased for use with 1TB SSD. The motherboard doesn't recognize it. The map shows a red light instead of green, which means something isn't working properly. Included are fun instructions that say "Feel free to contact us if you need any help!" Good. WHERE!? You didn't list anything. No website, no support site, no email, no phone number.
