It's easy to use, has many different features that can be used by practitioners in their daily work (for example online appointment booking or patient registration). The customer support team are very helpful when you have questions about how it works. I would like better integration with other systems such as for billing purposes so we don't need 2 separate platforms but this may take some time before being implemented fully across all modules. We're able to track our appointments really easily using mykclinic compared to paper records which were not up-to-date at times due to staff turnover.
