This is decent quality for the price if you don't care about hole size. Four bits were grossly undersized, and there are English bits with fractional parts closer to the metric sizes they should be. Perhaps these are English size bits simply renamed to the nearest metric size. Few bits are measured within 0.1mm. For example, a 10mm bit is actually 9.57mm long. This is a real problem when drilling a hole for a 10mm shaft or bolt. Some of my bits are exactly the same as the MLG review and some are different. The pair I used right away were good enough that I didn't discover this problem until it was too late to return them.
