Review on 🎨 Vibrant Water-Soluble Pastels by Caran d'Ache: Classic Neocolor II, 15 Colors by Kelly Caballes

I love them! They work the same as watercolor pencils but are much smoother, heavier and creamier when dry and offer more coverage when wet. Colors are bright and vibrant, and this set offers a wide range of colors and neutrals for skin tones. They can be used by applying directly to dry paper and then brushing. Use the brush to pick color straight off the pastel for lighter washes, or for deeper coverage when applied to wet paper. So far I've used them successfully on mixed media paper, art journals, watercolor paper, and adult coloring books. If you want to try them and like to color or draw people, choose this set or higher. The smaller sets are not the salmon color which is perfect for fair skin.
