This cover is by far the best surface cover I have ever used. I'm a medical student and need a laptop to quickly turn into a computer and this case allows for the full range of surface movements. The keyboard and the case are very easy to move together. I've attached photos of the range of motion. It also delivers a large part of the rest of the contents in my bag during transport. It adds a bit of bulk since you're adding two layers of material, unlike some cases that make it flimsy. It's sooooo awkward to go from easel form with stand extended and keyboard stowed to laptop form when everything is flat because you have to pull out the keyboard, close the stand and then turn the laptop over. keyboard and lid around. But it works. It also allows full access to the ports on the sides and keeps the surface cool, unlike my previous case which kept so much heat inside that the screen cracked. The sleeve on the back is big enough to hold a few pages of paper, but it doesn't run the full length of the back of the sleeve. I have to fold printer paper to fit and not much can fit. I use it for handouts before returning home to my folder. Note: I've had this case since early August, and now it's almost November. The printed design is slightly worn at the corners, revealing the pink base. ONLY the paint is peeling, not the stitching or the material, so I'm giving 5 stars for durability. I expect this will only be an issue with printed designs like marbles.
