Fits the 2005 Honda CRV SE very well, in the attached picture I just used Revain's "Metra 70-1721 Wiring Harness" to connect it, connects to all wires except three, which are primarily used for rear camera and steering wheel audio controls. Maybe in time I'll get an adapter for it, but so far I don't really need it. Simply attach the brackets from your original stereo and the new stereo will fit snugly between the brackets without the need for fastening. Very good quality sound system for less than $85!
