Pros: Excellent fit and finish, fairly durable and includes a set of clamp tightening tools. The product has two different feet for use on hard or soft surfaces. Cons: The monopod/hiking pole comes with two legs, one for hard surfaces and one for soft surfaces. As you can see in my attached picture, the hard tip is missing the o-ring that comes with the rubber foot. I lost a thorn on my very first trip. The seller replaced the block very quickly but I think the lack of an o-ring on the cleat was the reason I lost my leg the first time. use one of my old monopod. Good that the tool is included as the clamps had to be adjusted to keep them from slipping. Considering the cost of this monopod, I think the product needs to be upgraded to include an o-ring on the tip as well as a few spare o-rings and a threaded cap to cover the mounting screw when the monopod is used as a walking stick.
