Poor quality good for belt

I've worn this belt less than a month and the front and back have shifted in the middle. It looked like it was wrapped in leather. The outer and inner layers just slipped and frayed everywhere. Very disappointed as I consider Fossil a quality brand. I've had a different Fossil belt since 1995.
