Update from 12/16/2017: A switch completely stopped working. Several times over the past week I have had to say voice commands before the switches were found and activated. They return. I bought several TP-Link switches to replace which were easy to set up with no issues. First review: I had quite a few issues getting them to work (no connection, couldn't find the switches after setting it up etc etc) now that I've sorted the switches they were fine. To get them working I did the following: - I installed them in an outlet very close to your WiFi router and then once set up moved them to an outlet of your choice - if you have 2.4Ghz WiFi and have 5 GHz. temporarily disconnect the 5 GHz network from the phone you are using to set them up. - Turn off any repeaters or secondary access points in your home network, only the main WiFi router should be active during setup. - Do not use "Remember my network" option when configuring switches. I would buy them again at a special price (I paid $20 each) but would consider an alternative at current prices. Also, I got what turned out to be used from Revain. The front of the switch was scuffed and the protective film was missing, so be sure to check your item.
