Installed this part on my 2019 VW Alltrack. My Alltrack is mostly in stock. I pulled the baffle out of the airbox and put the filter in. I did notice a slight difference in sound when doing this, but this part made it so I can now fully hear the turbo. Sounds a lot clearer. If you want more sound without breaking the bank in cold air, consider upgrading the turbo intake manifold and filter cartridge. I recommend using both spacers, they should fit with no problem. Make sure the clamps are tight again.
