Nice but not velvety

(I like) This gray sofa cover is very nice, soft, great price and decent finish. I like the feeling when I run my hand over the fabric. Of course, the seam may unravel after a few washes, who knows? I'm not worried as I have a sewing kit. (Fabric) I thought it was cheap velvet (like my green/turquoise pillowcases are amazing) but it's more of a fleece material. I'm not a fan of fleece right now because it's hard to tell which ones won't fall off after a few washes, but we'll see how they do! As long as pet dander isn't too clingy and hides well (I have a cat and a 98 lb dog). The cover mostly fits snugly, but there's little to no material to tuck into the back of the seats to keep the underside from pulling forward or backward. However, the Tibby sofa has unusually deep seats. Maybe I'll try a size bigger next time. (One more thing) Sleeves don't usually stay in place as well as they do in general, but this one stays in place better than a cotton sleeve. !(plastic things) They are different but I don't have an opinion on them yet. They seem to work, only problem is there isn't enough extra fabric to tuck away my particular shape of sofa. (Overall) I think it's a great price and I'm happy with it. I will use it until it becomes more velvety (like I wanted) then it will be in the backup closet.
