I was very happy to have bought these sandals. I was looking for a sporty, waterproof or waterproof sandal that would be good for hiking but also look good enough to match my casual summer outfits. Unfortunately the shoulder straps are very slippery (despite being woven) and the belt clip doesn't have enough support as the shoulder straps noticeably loosened when walking. I thought the large and grippy sole would give my weak ankles stable support, but they hurt me within 10 minutes of walking from my house. The loose straps, the wide sole, and the way I walk straight into a ditch in the grass resulted in me actually spraining my ankle. It was terrible. I'm so sorry they didn't work and I want to warn anyone with weak ankles - these are not your sandals.
