Safari Ltd Dragon Figurine 801229 Review

My six year old grandson LOVES kites so I sent him these for Christmas. I like the colors in the photos but have never seen the actual product. His father says it's very cute. Funny story - the grandson played with him for several days without a break. He then told his father that since it was a water dragon, he had to live in an aquarium. He took it and threw it in the aquarium where he lives to this day! I'll probably buy him more if he stays in the dragon phase!

This was the fourth dragon I've gotten from Safari LTD and I have to say it didn't disappoint! The colors are different than the picture, the blue is a bit darker and some parts are dark purple, but either way it's beautiful and very well made. I dropped the kite from the second floor of my house and it didn't break or paint. It doesn't move, so it's more of a display piece than a toy, which was fine with me as I wanted it for my collection. Recommended for all kite lovers!

The toy itself was larger than I expected and had transparent straps which I was unaware of when looking at the pictures.
