Very easy to use! good for me

I believe this product has helped with my sleep. It is very easy to use, & does not affect breathing in any way. I would recommend it as a sleep aid for anyone who snores.

Comfortable to Wear & Fit Perfectly:The soft and enhanced silicone gives comfortable feeling.

Cons

I really like product but I have problems with them staying in my nose while I sleep

I got this device because I’ve been told I snore and I now have a roommate and I didn’t want to ruin her sleep. To see if it worked, I spent a couple nights with my boyfriend because he would tell me honestly. He said my snoring didn’t wake him up anymore! I give it a 4 out of 5 because although the nose clip is small and barely noticeable (while sleeping), I have found out that it sometimes fall out while I sleep.
