When we first got it it didn't even connect to our wifi for a month so we had to connect to our phone's hotspot which was annoying . Then my husband got it working, I don't know how, and it was fine for about 3 weeks until recently it wouldn't even turn on, even when plugged into the charger. We have to keep our fingers crossed for it to basically turn on, and I'm basically so angry because now we can't even bring it back because "the window is closed". We're stuck in a damn facility that doesn't even work. Don't waste money.
