I bought these liners for my mother who was complaining that her upper denture was loosening. She said adding the liner made her teeth feel comfortable again. Her denture is smaller than the insert and had to be cut with scissors. She used the prosthesis itself as a template to mark how the liner should be cut out. I asked her how long each liner lasted so I would know when to reorder and she told me each one lasts many days and she doesn't have to replace them every day. The expiration date of each loose leaf depends on what you eat. My mom grinds food and doesn't chew much while telling me she can squeeze a week out of any liner. I keep a close eye on this as I'm the one who has to shop for her regularly since she can't leave the house to shop anymore. Review by Ali Julia
