Very comfortable, high-quality frame and lenses, with pleasantly flexible temples. So far it's very scratch resistant and I've dropped my work pair a few times onto tile and smooth concrete and a couple of my tables many more times onto kitchen vinyl floors and the oak and maple floors of the house. The 2.0x version has a very deep reading field with no prescription, better than I've ever had which is why they quickly became my favorite readers. It's easy to see over it with a little chin drop. I bought two pairs of 2.0x for the first time almost 2 years ago. I liked them so much that I quickly swapped out the other readers I kept in my work vest for this one and the one in my three-season jacket. After realizing how much I hate the cumbersome e-readers I keep on my desk and bedside table, I bought a second pair of 2.0x. Then I bought a third pair. I keep one on my desk, one on my clock radio, one in my work vest, one in my jacket and one in each car. I now have a pair of 4.0x for very close shots (I'd buy a 5.0x if the Optix 55 did one); these 4 don't have as deep a focus as the 2.0x, which didn't surprise me. But great optics!
