causes tooth decay best in hydration

I really like this material. I started drinking it after my doctor said I was deficient in potassium and magnesium. It tastes great. The grape flavor is my favorite, but I tried a sample on a stick and didn't find a flavor that I didn't like at all. I've been taking it twice a day for almost six months. One scoop for every 16 ounces of water each time. My blood levels are back to normal. That's the problem. I was at the dentist for a few weeks before I started drinking this stuff. No cavities. I haven't had one for a few years and have had a cavity every few years on average for the last ten years. I brush and floss and see the dentist regularly. I just came back yesterday for another cleaning. Twelve cavities! Twelve. I can not believe that. That pretty much doubles the number of cavities in my entire life. My dentist immediately asked me if I had changed anything about my diet, especially when I started drinking acidic drinks like juices or colas. I honestly said no. I got home and saw a can of Ultima as soon as I walked in the door. I took it and read the ingredient list. The first ingredient is citric acid. I've been washing my teeth with citric acid twice a day for six months. Now the cause of tooth decay is not such a mystery. I'll drop the thing immediately. I'm not saying you shouldn't drink it, but if you only use it occasionally, make sure to rinse your mouth out very well afterwards.
