This product was absolutely horrible to use as it was almost impossible to peel off the paper portion of the tape. I'm a skilled craftsman so I've worked with several types of this tape, this tape was absolutely inferior to work with to the point where I just wanted to throw everything away and return my second bag. By the way, I will be sending back my second bag of this stuff. I have an 8 foot area to cover so the 6.6 foot strip I already put in has to fit because I'd rather be short of space than go through it all over again. I am returning the second bag I order NOW. Also, they don't give you enough tape, so especially if you're like me and messed up a few inches of 1/2 square to remove the tape you used, then you definitely won't get a few inches of tape. If you've already bought this and have no intention of returning it I recommend using tweezers to help you with the tape and lots of patience because it's been one hell of a nightmare. The product itself, the rubber part or whatever it is, is actually pretty good, so if you buy it and want to buy your own band, it's not going to be a bad project. Now I know but the principle of the case is forcing me to return my 2nd bag because the sellers saw how awful their tape is and they sell it anyway. As I said, I have a lot of experience making tapes and this is the worst part.
