I like that they have experience with other ERP systems as well, so we can use their knowledge of those programs too! They are very knowledgeable about ECCO products which is great because it makes learning new things easier and faster for me when working alongside this team member/employee (if you will). It would be nice if there were more frequent updates from them regarding releases or enhancements made by EPICOR development teams. This has been helpful but could also become frustrating at times since some changes do not make sense until months after being implemented into our system - especially where fixes come along quickly afterwards. We started using EpiConnect last year during an upgrade project between two different versions within one customer org record type; however, due to having another version already running before upgrading was completed it took us quite awhile just getting back up-and-running again once all upgrades had.
