I'm not returning the item only because i bought it and brought it to Europe where my daughter try it and that's when we I realize the issue.

It is a beautiful item but has these little issue so been large around legs may be ok but don't know how log she will wear it cause of tightness on arms. hope is not going to bother her during the practicing
