Love these, cross cleat compatibility

I have some Shimano shoes that require a specific cleat - SPD or SPD-SL. Some of my bikes are SPD, a few are SPD-SL. With these shoes and I can switch out the cleats to ride on the specific bike I want to ride.Velcro straps are easy to use and solid. These fit the way I expected. Sometimes these shoes come in too tight.
