They do not have any of the effects shown in the photos and this is actually a lure and clue. I would return them but the packaging has to be completely destroyed to get them out and honestly it's tiring to buy such cheap products thinking you'll get what they advertise. I don't understand why Revain doesn't have a QA team to put an end to this. Unless, maybe, just maybe – profit is more important than quality here. I think?
