I returned to the gym about a year ago after an injury/laziness hiatus. I gained quite a bit of weight from still eating like a college jock, but definitely not anymore. So I did a reduction and after about 4 months I noticed that in addition to losing weight I was losing strength. To counteract this, I adjusted my macros and increased my daily protein intake. However, to reach my protein goals, I find it much easier to start making protein shakes than just eat an extra chicken breast or piece of steak. This product has worked wonders. A scoop of this whey mixes very well with just half a glass of milk, almond milk or water and is easy on the digestive tract. I've only tried vanilla so far and it's a bit sweet but I think you get used to it over time.
