Great for people who need to store groceries

I'm single, over 65 and I hate cooking in small batches, always lots of waste, love to cook in my slow cooker. I cook 5 to 7 servings at a time. They last over a month if they last that long. I freeze my chicken breasts 2 per bag. So when I cook chicken, it's easier to make two meals, less vegetable waste, containers hold 1 cooked breast, carrots, mashed potatoes no problem, which reheats in 8-10 minutes. So I save a lot of money by cooking for one, it's not cheap.
