Great product when working but prone to unexpected crashes.
The product works perfectly, the image quality and speed are just great. The only thing that worries me is that it crashes unexpectedly and restarts automatically, although this is not often and not such a big problem. This may be a KitKat issue that will be addressed in future updates. **Update** We hope after the release of 4.4.3 and 4.4.4 the crash got fixed but not since. Still a great tablet, although it takes forever to charge.
