When looking for a digital microscope for working with very small SMD electronics, I mostly read reviews and compared the actual screen resolution of offers that bothered to list such important details . I appreciate the seller's honesty in explaining that this sight has a lower resolution when used as a USB camera on a PC and yet the image is much sharper and easier to see than I expected. My purchase decision was one of balancing performance and price, with comparable scopes costing around $100 or more at any better resolution. Shipping but it was easy enough for me to attach the scope with the rubber bands and I still enjoy using it so don't turn down a 5 star rating as everything else is so much better than expected.
