Review on Mode by Steve Rohde

What I love about mode is that it allows everyone to learn, no matter if they are analysts, data scientists, statisticians, etc. I use mode every day to get my analysis done faster and cheaper. They have an awesome interface, documentation, and training videos. All you need to get going is SQL, Python/R, and RStudio. The UI has a lot of power and I like how you can mix and match elements to make complex charts. I really liked being able to customize my plots using python (instead of just exporting them as png). Also, the visualization tools allow for more detailed exploration. For example, you could set one bar to represent all users who downloaded your software and another to show only those users who installed it multiple times. Finally, I think it would be helpful if there were some examples or tutorials included with each visual component.
