It's all about preference, you get what you pay for
The first time I used this toothbrush the bristles fell out of my mouth. Didn't have much experience. Since then I've used it a few more times. Nothing else fell out, but while the bristles are soft, they're not all the same length, so you still have to be a bit gentle when brushing or your gums will hurt later. They brush their teeth well, that's the only good thing I can say about them.
