I love how clean these brushes are in my mouth. My dentist says that most mechanical toothbrushes are no better than manual ones, except for the round ones. They don't last as long as you would like, maybe 3-6 months if you use them very often. I would rate them as a good buy. Replacement brushes fit several different toothbrush models. They even work with my old model of toothbrush, which is so outdated it's not even listed on the Oral-B website. At least it's good to know that they don't throw away old brushes and force you to buy a new toothbrush every few years. There are several alternative specialty brushes that you can purchase, but I like these regular brushes the most.
