Review on Harris Beach by Mike Sutherland

I worked for Harris Beach from 2014-2017. It was a great place to work and have many colleagues that were very kind and helpful. There was also a lot of great opportunities to learn and grow professionally. It was a place where you could really make an impact and grow your career. I did not like that there were so many management layers between employees and senior leadership. It made things difficult to get through to them. Also, the pay structure was a little unfair compared to other companies. I enjoyed working for Harris Beach. I learned a lot about the legal industry. And, I got to meet some amazing people along the way.
