You get what you pay for
L/XL barely fits but too short in my opinion, size 12 men's shoe and 32" inseam, size 4". below the knee and to be honest all my other compression stockings leave marks on my legs, these don't look like regular socks and I have 17 inch calves. My good compression stockings tend to round my veins with my skin, after wearing these socks all day my veins are still swollen. I knew it seemed true, 8 for the price of 1, and it was.
