Make sure the pivot on the support bracket is adjusted!
I thought the other reviews here were fake when I received the adapter. During installation, I forgot to adjust the rotation of the threaded mount on the display, so my adapter doesn't sit flush. Through trial and error I realized my mistake and once it was flush it seemed as solid and dependable as any foundation. The all-metal construction feels solid. Connected to the VESA mount with no problems. Great article.
