I got this press for squeezing hot nut milk because I knew I would need something more reliable than a standard fruit press and I am not the least bit disappointed. There is no weakly bent metal here; This thing is built like a tank! After looking at countless other models and reading reviews, I was a little wary of buying one of these. Then I came across this one. With its solid die-cast aluminum frame, I didn't have to worry about warping or paint peeling, and when I pulled the massive thing out of the box, I knew I was right. It performs like a champ, handling high pressure with ease and doing the job I bought it for with ease. In fact, it outperformed a device I bought specifically for squeezing hot nut milk from bags. I'm very impressed.
