This works great and solved my problem with two users sharing a printer with no wireless connection. The device assigns a user to the right button and a user to the left button. You cannot share the printer with more than 2 people with this device. The user button on the device must be pressed for their print jobs to print. If you have sent multiple print jobs, they will print them all as soon as you press the button on the device. In other words, they don't have to press a button to send a job to the printer, they just have to press a button when they're ready to physically print the jobs.
