Hell, yes! on my review.

Feels so good, soft support. I hate stiff neck braces. But this provides just enough gentle support to prevent me bring my neck into straining positions. So, no more pain! Also enough support for my flights (I don't need a neck pillow with this!).

The Comfortable Foam Neck Brace provides excellent support and relief for individuals experiencing spinal pain and pressure

Cons

Might not provide enough support for certain types of exercise or physical activity
