This is a great product, it absolutely works. However, I would only recommend this product if you are good with instructions and don't mind going through a technical process. Because the GPS does not come to you fully programmed. You must purchase the correct SIM card and the SIM card must be installed correctly. You have to enter several different SMS commands. The manufacturer provides instructions, but you must fill them out perfectly, and there are some text commands to follow. It's not something you can just turn on when you get it. There is a process. I ended up having to contact support. Also note that customer service is not based in the US but in China, so you don't need to call 800. However, I contacted them via email and whatsapp and they responded to me within 24 hours and helped me throughout the process. All in all, this setup took about two days. This is a great product at a great price if you're willing to go through a little process, but if you're not a text literate person or don't get into technicalities then this may not be the product for you. But once you get it working, it's pretty amazing. Its worth it!
