I bought these pants for my son at forestry school. I actually like them better than the ones Oaki had last time because of the ankle cuffs. They fit my son as expected and he hasn't complained at all. The insides feel a bit supple as you'd expect from waterproof pants and I usually wear sweat wicks for my son in compression pants (we live in a warmer climate) and don't let his skin touch the inside of the pants. waterproof pants (he has a lot of sensory desires). So far they've worked great and my son hasn't complained at all! (which surprises him) You seem to give him the protection he needs, and at the same time give him freedom of movement.
