Very impressed with the quality. The body is made of very durable metal, including a 3M tape hook and a rubber hook for hanging on the back of the headrest. Mine came with two rolls of bags of 40 each. I was a bit concerned that the bags would be a bit flimsy (like dog potty bags) and fall off when full, but these are very high quality, durable bags. Getting started is very easy as the pouches have a simple opening of about 1 inch at the top of each pouch. So far I haven't had any problems with the bags breaking under the weight of the rubbish in the bag. A really good solid block that looks great too. Highly recommended.
